The Witching Hour – An Enchanted Market
Something enchanting is coming to Gig Harbor this fall.
The Witching Hour: An Enchanted Market will take place Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Volunteer Vern Pavilion at Sehmel Homestead Park, bringing together an eclectic collection of makers, artists, creators and practitioners for an intimate evening celebrating creativity, connection, curiosity and the magic of the changing season.
The 16+ ticketed event will feature more than 20 carefully curated vendors offering an eclectic mix of handmade, artistic, mystical and specialty goods, including ceramics, stained glass, jewelry, crystals, vintage clothing and books, candles and fragrance, apothecary goods, botanicals, gothic and romantic art, specialty foods, tarot and other unusual treasures.
Guests will also experience a variety of interactive offerings and atmospheric details throughout the evening, including:
The Daily Ritual Spell Bar, where guests can create a botanical spell jar keepsake using herbs, florals, salts, crystals and other natural elements.
The Tarot Parlour, featuring tarot and intuitive offerings.
The Curiosities Collection Giveaway, a specially assembled collection of treasures, experiences and beautiful oddities contributed by participating vendors and sponsors. Every ticket includes entry into the giveaway.
Botanical libations, including a complimentary botanical welcome drink.
Witching Hour Nibbles, featuring small bites for guests to enjoy while exploring the event.
Music and atmospheric sounds, along with enchanted décor, candlelit-inspired styling, a styled photo moment and interactive installations designed to transform the pavilion into an enchanting evening marketplace.
Specialty experiences such as tarot and intuitive readings, flash tattoos, portraits and other select offerings may be available for an additional fee paid directly to participating artists and practitioners.
