🌟 Join Our Asha Yoga Community Playgroup! 🌟

Every Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30 am, come and enjoy a delightful morning at Asha Yoga designed for carers and young children! 🤗 Our playgroup is a warm, welcoming space where little ones can play, explore, and socialize, while parents and carers relax and connect with other families in a friendly and supportive environment.

✨ With plenty of toys and space for children to move and play, it’s the perfect chance to make new friends and have fun. Attendance is FREE, so bring your friends and start your day with joy in the Asha Yoga community!

🧸 All ages welcome! Please register so we know who to expect. Our hosts are also mamas, so if a little one is unwell and we need to cancel, we’ll notify you. Be sure to check the schedule!

📍 Find us in our Serenity Studio, Suite F10 (lower level of building F). Parking is available on the freeway side of the building.
