Hey mamas — I have been thinking of ways to give back to the community and I realized I have been supporting parents up in Seattle and beyond for decades. Why haven’t I been doing it down here?!? So I’d love to start that. Comment yes! below if you are interested in something like this (birth to 5 and middle school to college age are my favorite, but all ages can be covered).
I’m hosting something super low-key and casual every Mondays Cutters Coffee back table in Olympic Village. I’ll be there from 9-10:30 am every Monday, just hanging out and chatting about all things mom life — the real stuff, not the social media version.
If you’ve ever wished you could ask someone, “How can I do this better? Am I ruining my child? Why does this feel so hard?” — this is for you. I’ve spent the past couple decades supporting parents, and figuring out my own parenting (my kids are now teens), so I’ve seen a lot. Need my credentials? Let me know and I am happy to share.
This is a gift to our community of moms who are in the thick of it. No agenda, no pressure, just real conversations over coffee/tea. (And yes — coffee or tea is on me. ).
Bring your questions, your wins, your worries — all of it’s welcome. No need to RSVP, just show up. I’ll save you a seat. Email me at hello@reneemetty.com if you have questions.
